BORIC ACID IS working, my husband found a dead this: near the back door.
Yeah, it was worth a boric acid poisoning, actually. The palmetto bugs here are huge (and cockroaches is what they really are. He started to describe it saying "Well, it worked." and I was like, "I don't want a description, remove it!"
Then he was like ,"Well, this is what you are going to see."
LOLZ, fine then, I'm vacuuming again today, and what is more, may clean large areas of the house that I have ALREADY seen.
The husband was so nonchalant about it, I bet he's seen some before (I remain non observant about my surroundings) I only saw one, about 6 months ago, and I killed it my self because the husband wasn't home and I was like, "That thing... being in my house... we cannot exist here simultaneously."
So if I'm going to see "dead bugs" everywhere when I vacuum, well at least I am prepared.
I really hate his procrastination in finishing closing up the house. Of course, the husband told me exterminators came 1.5 years ago. That is clearly TOO much time to go by. I'm glad I did it even if my health points dropped to zero and if I was in whatever driving video game that allowed you to find hookers for health points, I'd do THAT too.
Definitely me, the boric acid, AND a hazmat suit in about 3 months.
I am so done with this (censored).
