My son LOVED laughing gas as a kid. LOL, I know because I'd usually be there, (he asked) and he'd get this dreamy look and whatnot, and then start describing his hallucinations.
I encountered laughing gas-- ONCE. First, my dentist was a RINGER for that guy on twin peaks (he could have made more probably, as a whatever it's called) but yes, they laughing gassed me up in preparation to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I had this vivid and convincing sort of hallucination of my brain.. travelling down to my brain stem, to my heart, which was beating slower and slower.... I was pretty convinced if I allowed it to CONTINUE I'd die, so I ripped that mask off and SHRIEKED at the top of my lungs. LOL, they jammed that anesthesia in my arm as fast as possible but MAN it was horrid.
I have eschewed it ever since .Heh. It was not relaxing.
