This person is either the most optimistic depressed person I have ever met, or they need ECT. I'm not quite sure.

No, the more I read it, I'm pretty sure it was written by someone without depression, like a Hallmark Card writer was like, trying to put something inside a card like, "Congratulations on your diagnosis of Depression!" card or something.

Ugh I need to figure out so many things. I've taken a quick sweep of the house and like, much must change.

I don't know if you've ever had a dog raid your trashcan for used sanitary products, but I'm telling you, it's not something you let happen TWICE.

I'm sorry. It's a deep thought. Dispute it.

It's almost better if you have non familial family members there, possibly. Because the familial members tease you mercilessly. I bet if it's like, your pal from work, they have NO CLUE what to do or say.

Hmm. It's just always bad I'm thinking. I can't think of a time it would like, save someone's life. The kid probably wouldn't tease me mercilessly though, I mean he's so sweet on that dog he'd be worried she'd get ILL.

That's a bad reaction too and it's not as if there is no LID on mine, I mean dogs are like "yeah whatever LUNCH" you have to leave it empty and somewhere HIGH OMG I'm so sorry about this deep thought. I better go.

From the thread. But also soon to the kitchen egads it's getting late!

So true. Proud to be a gen Xr.

You know when we are at our laziest we are scheming to take over the world. It's gonna happen when the time is right, and you are all gonna be SUPER grateful. Maybe. I don't really care though, because I am the big X.

I will have you know that no psych meds (including Ritalin) entered my body until my mid 20s.

Don't get me wrong, I was ADHD as all get out, just smart enough to compensate for it. LOL, I got a 4.0 in college and my Master's degree and I could barely pay attention at all.

I found out I had it by a doc like starting me on a stim off label for treatment resistant depression. It didn't work (for the depression) but it SURE as hell made it easier for me to screw on lids all the way, and other things driving my husband APE. LOL he actually came to me with like, deep peitence wanting to know if like he complained too much. I was like, "No honey I tune you out like a blown speaker, but it might be my new med."

So I told my doc about sitting in the back drawing horses all day then scaring teachers with my test scores and then they wanted me to Work All Hard and stuff, and I didn't like it, but I kinda got used to it, eh?

Besides, if I'm drifting off well it's usually because I am considering ways to take over the world. It still happens. I'm putting a plan together, LOL. The Adderall may actually be slowing DOWN that plan, like I pay more attention to mundane things like what my floor looks like.

Let's face it, I really don't CARE what my floor looks like quite often. It's mundane. As long as nothing's gonna kill me.... What gives? It is the ground. I walk on it, it works, BAM.

I have been cleaning too much, clearly.

I was like: "Cool! Looks like Cyriak. Wait... it sounds like Cyriak too." *goes to Youtube* "It IS Cyriak!" :D

I love that dude's stuff. One of my favs is with the teddy bears in the UK. And to think he started out just making weird, lo-fi GIFs. He also got asked to make a video clip for one of Bonobo's songs and used either 16mm or 8mm film and it looks stunning. I'm not too big of a fan of his own music, but it does add that extra weirdness factor to it.

Teddy bears (wow, didn't realize this was already 9 years old!):
