Defective battery

Hi
I ordered an EM RIVA which arrived on Friday, and I am very pleased with it, but one of the batteries has only lasted one charge and now does not work. I had a message from Selina, saying that they would send out a replacement with my next order, but I will not be ordering for a while and need another battery soon.
I am not sure what to do, I have had no response so far, after saying I did not need anything.
Could someone let me know the address so that I can send battery back to them?

i am in the same situation as i will not be ordering soon as i have lots of atomizers and juice but my 2 original batteries died so i am down to only one battery.
i am having battery problems but only with the riva 1100 batteries. i have ordered a 3 pack and charged them properly according to the manual but they all have peoblems. my brother also ordered a 1100mah battery and it was malfunctioning also. i have ordered 11 standard riva batteries so far for myself and friends and never had a problem with any of them? could it be a manufacturing issue? i would like to change the 1100 batt for a pack of white standard batts. i also had problems with 2 of the ego-t atty's i ordered for my friend. selina said it could be sent with my next order also but he also needs them right away. help! im down to one batt!

btw this is the first time i had any major issues with eastmall. the customer service is always great and i am still a loyal customer for anyone thinking that eastmall has poor products/service!
