Anyone else place an order around 7 April and STILL waiting for delivery?

I placed an order on 7 April and it still hasn't arrived. :mad: The maximum time I've ever waited for a package from Eastmall was ten days. It's been 17 days now and still nothing. EMS tracking shows it left Guangzhou on 8 April. So much for the EXPRESS in EMS!

Yes, I have contacted Selina and am really getting no answers. Just want to know if anyone else is having a problem.

I am sorry to say sometimes the package gets hung up at the Guangzhou station

it happened a few times now,
it usually takes about a week to 10 days to clear Guangzhou,

it is unfortunate ---- but nothing Eastmall can do ------

please contact Selina again,
she may have mislaid your email ----

The package cleared Guangzhou, it's not stuck there, and Selina has replied to my emails. I know she doesn't have any influence with EMS, but the shipping address for this package showed XL for the country wherever THAT is, NOT Greece. My shipping address is correct in my account, but the shipping address shown for this order was NOT correct. I told Selina this, but that statement was more or less ignored. I know she's trying, but something is seriously wrong with this particular order. I hate the idea of going to a different vendor for my supplies, but at this point I'm going to have to. I'm out of my preferred liquid and I'm damned if I'll place another order for the same thing with Eastmall until this is cleared up!

Just a small advice, one that i give to most of my vaping friends. Never wait until you are so low on liquid that you can't hold out till your order comes in. Some of my friends wait till their last bottle before placing an order. I always have AT LEAST 4-5 20ml bottles when i place a new order and at least 2-3 atomizers. That way you can sit back and relax even if your order takes long to arrive.

PS: I live in Romania, and usually my orders come in 2-4 weeks depending on season. Eastmall is a good supplier, even if their orders take long to arrive. From my experience you can't have low prices and super fast shipping.

Your advice on keeping a back stock
and ordering restock well before this backup stock is depleted
is excellent advice for all products,

and especially true in the case of out of your own country orders.

I had plenty of back stock when I ordered. When planning on a ten day turn around time anyway. What I had lasted over two weeks. I still have plenty of liquid, just not my favorite. At this point I'm convinced the package has been lost. I've gotten absolutely NO USEFULL INFORMATION from Eastmall's customer service! I really hate asking a question and not getting answers. I've had airmail packages arrive here from China faster than EMS so why are we restricted to EMS service when, in this case anyway, the extra cost of EMS is a wasted expense!? I ran out of patience on this a week ago!!!

well, I am sorry that this has happened,

I cannot answer any of those questions except to say that EMS is all Eastmall uses

all I can say is Selins does Customer service --
she should be handling all your Questions and concerns -

Nothing Di. Thanks for listening! I'm posting here in the hope that SOMEONE at Eastmall at least checks this forum once in awhile. Not much attention was paid to questions asked in my emails to them.

maybe your email was missed ,

I placed another order today. The consignee information after placing the order showed my country as XL as it did with the last order. My shipping address is correct in my account information. The country change is made AFTER placing an order. I made a comment when I placed this order to please check my shipping address to make sure it read Greece NOT XL. I also sent another email to Selina asking her to double check. I've told her that the shipping address is shown incorrectly on my previous order but she didn't seem to understand and said something to the effect that no one at Eastmall made a mistake. If shipping labels are being printed according to the data on the orders no wonder I haven't received my last order and I'm hoping my new order will go through properly. Seems to me that something's wrong with the website and no one seems to really care. Oh well, the orders will get here eventually...one way or another. I have plenty of money...NO WAY NEAR AS MUCH PATIENCE!
