Defective G6 Battery?

I recently got my latest Halo shipment and the battery doesn't seem to be working correctly. First of all, the LED doesn't light up when I screw it in the charger. I kept it 'charging' for four hours and I can get a draw on it but I need to suck on it hard and the LED goes out quick. When I draw on it, i can also hear the air rushing through it.

I do have an email written to Halo about it, but I still wonder if any of you have had this happen and what your outcome was regarding a replacement.

Sounds like a defective unit and should be covered under warranty. From what I've heard/read, halo has pretty good customer service. Best to wait and see what their response is, hope they do you right.

Hopefully they'll get back to me tomorrow or the day after. I sent the email Friday evening, forgetting that customer service had probably already gone home.

I just sent off my email to the Customer Service Halons at HQ.

Things seem to be much improved with the tips they gave me. It looks like the main problem was something with the airflow. I don't think the LED is happy that I am using a Samsung wall adapter with this particular battery but it works great with my other batteries.

I will update more here too, and in the meantime, happily puff away on my beloved TJ

Yes, I can to my heart's delight, as long as my fingertip is on one of the holes. That can make driving and vaping slightly interesting sometimes.
