Excellent article, and I read all of it. I like the idea of measuring what a cup is. I have all sizes of drinking glasses that I pick up and use, and so I really have no idea of how much water I actually drink during the day. The only other beverage I drink besides water is coffee, with cream and sugar of course, which tends to accent the dehydration effect.
I'm going to make an effort to do the measured 12 cups of water a day and see the results.
