Just a reminder to everyone to always drink plenty of water. I, for one, am not real good at drinking a lot (of water), and last night one of the side effects of dehydration hit me with a vengence! In the early morning hours I was awakened with a killer muscle cramp on the outside of my calf. Took about 10 painful minutes to uncramp, and it was followed by an equally killer cramp on the back of my calf! Sheesh! What an experience! My body was forcefully reminding me that I wasn't drinking enough water during the day. Today, I think I'll just live in a filled bathtub.
