Was I dehydrated??

I know if I vape alot (especially PG liquid) I do need to drink quite a bit otherwise I do start feeling dehydrated.

pg is a " humectant". Google it. my head hurts trying to figure out the spelling. it attaches to your mucous membranes and extracts water. this is why it has properties of a germicidal. as it is expelled into the air it literally attaches itself to moisture, where all germs live. or a least a high school dropouts explanation. in theory you can do a few vapes, enter a room full of people with influenza, or a cold?, and chances are the pg will protect you from infection. as reported by long term vapors who report no longer getting colds, and flu. this is why this stuff is used in nursing homes, and medical devices. as to the drinking issue. you would have to drink an obnoxious amount of water to od on water. never a big fan of water untill vaping. we are all just 1 giant walking filter. the more water you drink? the more waste and toxins you remove. i not talking about the toxic waste that comes from your faucet. that stuff gives you cancer too. i use a 5 stage water purifier at home. big difference in taste of coffee, better to drink, if you are going to drink water. it's the only way to go.
