Dekang USA Green recipe wanted

I am interested in DIY and have only found 2 flavors that I enjoy so would like to start with them if possible.
The first is the Dekang USA Green anyone know or have a recipe.

The second is a recipe for what a local vendor calls RY4 Menthol.
