deleting uploaded attachments

They do seam to be in closed threads.I have some less than a month old but the thread was closed.I've tryed several things none worked so far.

You can't delete attachments in threads you no longer have posting rights (ie closed threads) .This is not a new change, it has been this way for a long time.

If you need attachments deleted you can PM me and I'll delete attachments for you. However it will be in the format of "all attachments uploaded before [insert date and time here]"

file attachment removed using file upload manager

Hover over the image and click the "x" that appears in the upper right corner of the image. The check box is for ATTACHING images inline. If the attachment is no longer needed by a post the system will remove it when it cleans up attachments.

clicking the links will return an invalid attachment message.

in short. everything works exactly as it is supposed to work. If you need to delete an attachment in a closed thread or a thread you no longer have posting rights just PM oldsoldier as referenced here.
