"Delivered" Status when order known not delivered

I am having a serious problem with managing my orders on fasttech, because fasttech seems to insist that it report to me that my order status is "Delivered" automatically after 3 months, even though it has not actually been delivered at all.

I have 1 order which has indeed been delivered and all done with and I'd like to take it off the order status page;
meanwhile I have 1 other order (so far and I expect 2 more will have the same problem because of same route) which has been automatically changed to "Delivered" even though they have a ticket open on it.

I cannot follow up with Singapore Post because only the Sender can follow up.

Meanwhile I have paid money, and the entity I have paid money to is reporting to me that the item has been delivered.

This is unacceptable.

I observe that the order status says "Delivered"

However, I have not received it yet.

The system automatically marked it as delivered when an order exceed 3 months.

We have sent information to them at 3/31th, we will call them to ask when did they start the investigation.

Thanks.
I received a different order today and marked it as delivered.
The order that I received came via Spain.
This order seems to be be stuck in Venezuela.
I have another order also, which I suspect is also stuck in Venezuela, and I suppose I will be opening a ticket for that one too.

We have sent e-mail to them, they did not reply to us yet.

Please provide the order number of that one, or you can just open another ticket with that order.

I have opened a ticket for the other one.
The order# is A030578320 Shipment#1

Shipment #2 of that order was delivered.
But Shipment#1 seems to be stuck in Venezuela.

I am still seeing this order being listed as "Delivered".

I am afraid this is a serious problem for me if you are going to mark orders as "Delivered" when they have not been delivered.

Please correct order status.

Please note system will automatically mark the order as delivered when it exceeded 3 months, it does not affect the real status.

I understand that your system marks the order as delivered, however, your system is reporting to ME that it is delivered when it is not.

Please find a solution to this problem, because I cannot be manage my orders on fasttech if I cannot distinguish between the orders that are delivered or not according to your list.

I am sorry for the confusion. There is an ENGLISH problem here.
I am trying to open another ticket but I cannot open another one for this order.
I am trying to activate my account so I can address the problem in the forums but I am unable to activate the account.

I had a different experience; my order was marked 9automatically) as "delivered" even though I had not received it (same time-frame too).

They credited me for the order once I pointed out that it still did not show up anywhere in the USPS tracking.

In general I think they're pretty good about this, so I am surprised to hear your experience. It may be that it takes them longer to track packages that make multiple hops (and mine clearly never made it out of China).

edyle, sorry about this. As mentioned above, "shipped 90 days" is on our back end and you can't see it, we will forward this to the relevant department for improve.
The CS staff shall give you the solution within few hours before going home today. Thank you.

They closed the ticket AGAIN.
The first ticket Q0522YHMNL was closed by hebe because I had mentioned the problem on Q0121QKNHG
The second ticket Q0528LHMXD was closed by stella, again because the problem was mentioned on Q0121QKNHG
I opened a third ticket Q0617GTBNR

WRONG status "Delivered" when not delivered after 90 days.
This ticket reopened to replace Q0528LHMXD which was opened to replace Q0522YHMNL, both of which were closed by Fasttech improperly.

Please refer to the ticket Q0512TGHYY for the answer about your question. As all the tickets concern the same question, we will follow up your issue in one ticket and close all the other duplicated ticket to avoiding complex. Please do understand about this issue. Thank you.

No. Kindly Do Not Close This Ticket.
Q0512TGHYY is for 1 order.

This ticket is for all shipments.
Currently there are 2 shipments affected by this problem.
Next month there will be 3 shipments affected by this problem.
The following month there will be 4 shipments affected by this problem.

U make a new ticket for every probem shipment (if its a split shipment on 1 order) or individual order...ya don't use the same ticket over and over, especially when they tell ya its closed..

Exactly.
I opened 1 shipping ticket for 1 shipment.

I mentioned another problem on that ticket and the staff said they couldn't do anything about that in that ticket.


So I opened a different pre-sale ticket to address this second problem, which is not a shipping problem.

The excuse they have for closing the second ticket is that I mentioned the second problem on the first ticket.
