The system automatically marked it as delivered when an order exceed 3 months.
We have sent information to them at 3/31th, we will call them to ask when did they start the investigation.

Thanks.
I received a different order today and marked it as delivered.
The order that I received came via Spain.
This order seems to be be stuck in Venezuela.
I have another order also, which I suspect is also stuck in Venezuela, and I suppose I will be opening a ticket for that one too.

Please provide the order number of that one, or you can just open another ticket with that order.

I have opened a ticket for the other one.
The order# is A030578320 Shipment#1
Shipment #2 of that order was delivered.
But Shipment#1 seems to be stuck in Venezuela.

I am still seeing this order being listed as "Delivered".
I am afraid this is a serious problem for me if you are going to mark orders as "Delivered" when they have not been delivered.
Please correct order status.

Please note system will automatically mark the order as delivered when it exceeded 3 months, it does not affect the real status.

I understand that your system marks the order as delivered, however, your system is reporting to ME that it is delivered when it is not.
Please find a solution to this problem, because I cannot be manage my orders on
fasttech if I cannot distinguish between the orders that are delivered or not according to your list.

I am sorry for the confusion. There is an ENGLISH problem here.
I am trying to open another ticket but I cannot open another one for this order.
I am trying to activate my account so I can address the problem in the forums but I am unable to activate the account.
