How fast can I go in a car?
The mature answer is to start at 50-60W and gradually increase until you find the vape you enjoy, but since you're asking about max wattage it sounds like you're trying to prove something. I'd say set your mod at 200W and vape your brains out!
What matters a lot more than the coils, is the kind of atty and mod you use.

With a standard dual battery mod without boost circuit that has the standard 7,5V outputlimit and a RDA on top with fully saturated wicks you might go up to 225W with full batteries, with low batts max output drops to about 5V or 100W.
