How many wraps do I need?

I typically use steam engine coil calculator with regular round wire but I am attempting to build a single coil build with Demon Killer alien Wire

I’m looking for a build at close to 0.15 ohm with a 4mm ID single coil.

I was thinking 4 or 5 wraps? Trying to fit this in a Zeus X rta I’ve never built on this but thought it be interesting to try a single coil build.

Thanks yeah I’m finding the resistance way too high for the demon killer! Also there is a warm up period and I’ve always noticed the wire was a really hot vape.

Today while organizing my wicks and wires in my Tupperware’s and pencil boxes I found some 22G 304 SS, 22G 316L, 22G 430G SS! Also a 430 SS Clapton! I haven’t vaped on anything but kanthal for years. Thinking one of these could work well possibly? For a 4mm ID, 0.15 ohm single coil? According to steam engine the 430 has the lowest resistance I can’t remember, can you vape 430 in wattage mode or only TC?

What about 430 grade specifically? I’m debating between the 316L and the 430. The 430 has lower resistance so I can get an extra wrap for the single coil.

I've never used 430 but as far as I know all SS can be used in wattage mode. There are a lot of people on this site that use 430.

I’m finding pretty good reviews about 430. I tried it 3 to 4 years ago but all I had at the time was a small deck on the 22mm aromamizer. So was super cramped build and resistance was perhaps a bit low for that old tank.

I had to search through some threads from 2015 and 2016 but yes I figured out 430 is quite good in power mode.

The only issue is it’s very springy and harder to wrap.

In other news someone just disagreed with me on the mortal physical existence of demons. Not a Jewish one, or a Muslim one, or a Christian one for that matter. Not even Buddhist. I hope for their sake they just watch too many movies.
