Designs/emblems/bling on ecigs?

I have seen some pics and avatars on here of some ecigs that look like they probably are something like BUZZ or whatever (the hummers of ecigs-the big guns), and they seem to have decals/designs/emblems, like they are personalized or something. I have not seen them sold like that. Where are they getting these decals?

hunter camo ecig skins! very cool! now i can have my ecig match my mossy oak and real tree hunting clothes.
i remember when i was married and a smoker, my husband refused to allow me to smoke in the deer blind/stand cuz of course the deer could "smell" the ciggie smoke and then we wouldnt bag a buck. i bet the deer can still smell the vapor though...oh well, thats what snus or nicotine lozenges are for!
