Late last night, while enjoying a round of chain vaping, I started to feel a tickle in my throat. I drank a little soda, which went down the "wrong pipe", and I ended up in an extended coughing fit. Today, the tickle in my throatway down by my voice boxwas still there, along with a nagging, persistent cough and a little chest tightness. I've been vaping pretty heavily for the past month.
Yesterday was officially my first full month off analogs, and it was a day of heavy yard work (reseeding my lawn, applying grub killer, tilling up dead patches of grass, etc.) I can't tell if my current issue is vaping-related, yard work related, seasonal, or bronchitis. I am not prone to colds that much; maybe once a year and usually around Christmas. But I will cut down on the vaping to see if it improves my situation.
God knows I would really prefer NOT to catch pneumonia now that I've finally kicked the smoking habit!
