Ok, so I have an ratank ordered paid for and shipping info received on the 24th of july, it's the 7th day of August and my tank has not been shipped????? I have repeatedly emailed this company and still have no reply as to what's going on, not very good customer service if you ask me :(, it will definately be the last thing i order from them, tried the contact number they have on their site and what a surprise, i'm canadian so the number can't be reached from my calling area, i've had accounts with numerous vendors and have never had a problem with them at least telling me what's going on with my order, this is just ridiculous!!!not impressed, maybe now i'll get an answer.
