Did Fasttech Change Their Shipping Procedures?

I had one of my 3 current orders ship from fasttech tonight. (1 out of 3 ain't so bad) I clicked the tracking number and was pleasantly surprised that it went directly to USPS tracking instead of the usual Singapore post website, which if it updated any more slowly it might actually travel back in time. This is a slightly larger order then my previous ones, so I wondered if they changed procedures or if this was directly related to the larger size of the package.

So the status of said items? Yeah, they're in China.

Most of the orders I've had recently track through USPS when you click FT's links. You can still track through the local postal sites, or 17Track, but I guess their reasoning is that the real show doesn't begin until it arrives in the US.

Previous recent orders (within the last couple of weeks) tracking links took me to the Singapore post website and no information was available from USPS until the package was "dispatched to overseas" according to Singapore Post.

More direct and prompt shipping would increase their sales....maybe they figured it out. Of course, I'm only being optimistic because I want my new vapor toys.

I wouldn't be too optimistic right now. Apparently there's a LOT of stuff backed up in their shipping department. They're rushing to get as many orders out as possible before the holiday closure.
