Did I order the wrong size cartos?

First off, super fast shipping and the tank is really cool! Love the anodizing (I got blue)

I ordered the 19mm XL tube, and also ordered some of the smok XL cartos to go with it, but they seem way too long. Since this is my first time with a carto tank, I may be doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

I have IBTanked 22 mm standard tanks and my smok cartos are flush with the end caps. I hope that helps.

A picture might help. Have both the standard and shorty and the carto is flush on both ends.

Ty, I would have to look up your order to be sure but it sounds like The Girls made a mistake and sent you a Standard tube. There is nearly half an inch difference between each length (HalfLing, Standard and XL) so it is pretty obvious if you got the wrong length. You can still use the XL cartomizer in the Standard tank so at least you can use what you have as opposed to a short cartomizer in a longer tank.

Drop The Girls a note through the support page or PM me your order details and we will get the correct tube out to you. Often shortly after a first order there is another so if you do plan on ordering again then they can send it along with that to eliminate extra shipping. Either way we will get the correct tube out to ya.
