You can vape unflavored 3mg 100%PG, or you can add stuff to it and vape at less than 3mg. You can't dilute 3mg (with anything other than more 3mg) and expect it to stay 3mg when you're done.

If you bought some 6 mg max vg and mixed them together it would give you a 4.5mg 50\50 base with 20% flavor ( which is high in some cases and not so much in others) you would get a final mix that is 3.6ish. Many wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 3 and 3.6 with quality nicotine.

so yeah that stuff would be a waste of money for me. but could vape unflavored to clean attys
