i can't see them banning thee in the states, they already ruled that the FDA has no right to regulate them, didn't they???? I can't smoke weed anymore, refuse to smoke cigarettes, hardly drink, they can't take away the only thing i have left :(

Not quite, and the issue is still ongoing. The judge ruled that the FDA cannot seize the shipments of Smoking Everywhere and njoy, who were suing the FDA for the shipments that got nabbed. And it isn't done yet. Appeals are being filed. The FDA is still seizing shipments of other vendors. And if it stands that ecigs are tobacco products, which seems fairly likely, you can expect severe regulations. That's the best likely scenario. The worst is if the FDA convinces the judge that they are drug devices, which means tata PVs.

For right now, we are mostly ok, but I do not expect things to stay like this for long. There is way too much money involved in us smoking or getting sick from smoking, and we are throwing a big wrench in those works. That's the general consensus here anyway. IMHO, best to plan for the worst.
