And some that look like the v2.0 have the 2.5 insides if they were ever sent to ProVape for repair since ProVape upgraded them for free.If it looks like this it's a v2.5:

No, no Sweetie Darling. The v1.0 could be sent in to get a chip to upgrade it to a v2.0. The v2.0 and the v2.5 have the same electronics, the only difference is the body design.
ETA: Oh, I think I see. I think you meant to type "have the v1.0 insides." In any case, the v1.0 did have the same design as the v2.0, but were available in different finishes, like chrome, black chrome, and for awhile, gold. I'd have to look up when the colors were introduced.
