What level of nicotine are you using?

I'm not worried at all about nicotine level. I think we get far less nicotine vaping than we think we do. Someone posted their blood tests chain vaping 36 and it bears that out.

I'm going to have to do a search to find that post, would be interesting to see. I was a 2 pack a day full flavor smoker. I started out using nic lozenges, which weaned me off a bit. I got my PV soon after and tried out 18mg and 36mg. The 36 was too strong for me. Or so it seemed. My original plan was to get off the nicotine gradually. I ordered 12mg juice and found that I was craving cigarettes constantly. I then got several samples of 24mg juice and it really seemed to do the trick for me. Now I prefer 24-36mg. I don't crave cigarettes and get plenty of TH. Decided not to worry about nic anymore.

As for us getting less nic from pv's than cigs, it must be true, because I can vape those high levels all day with no problem or nic buzz, but a week or so ago I smoked a full flavor cigarette and got an instant headache from the nic rush.

I am the same I can not stand the nic rush of analogs anymore. Vaping is great because I do not have nic fits and I and not getting nic headaches either.

I too am not worried about nic consumption afterall nic is being scientifically shown to be beneficial in some areas of medecine.
Plus it is similar to caffeine so I am not worried LOL

I just started vaping this week and I'm using 24mg right now (was smoking 1 PAD). I find that is just right for during the day, when I vape like I used to smoke (for about 5-10 minutes every hour), but when I get home and crash in front of the computer or TV, I have a tendency to over-do it and give myself a headache/break into a sweat, so I just ordered some 18mg in some sweet/fruity flavors for the evenings. I do plan on stepping down, hopefully to 0mg eventually, but I'm going to give it time and just enjoy being off of analogs for now.

Was originally a 2 PAD smoker. Quit for ~6 months and started back up at about 5-10 analogs a day. Now using 24mg juice but with this tasty juice I keep on vaping too much so I think I need to drop down a level. :p

Same here went down to 12mg and have 1 bottle of 24mg if needed but I am vaping more like 2 to 3 ml a day and think i need to go to 6mgs because i can feel it in a slight headache and this is only after vaping 3 weeks. Thing is, till you know what you like to vape more its hard to tell, like my malty toffee might need to go lower 8) from vaping it all day. One thing I do know is long as I keep 1 bottle of 24mg around its no problem if i need a quick fix.

I'm a bit of an outlier here as I used to smoke Marlboro when I was much younger, more of a social smoker really, but came across the e-cigs and absolutely love the whole concept and flavours. However, I tried the medium nic strength Njoy cartridges but found them a little harsh on the throat, but love the zero nic menthols. There's something rather nice about having a drink with friends and vaping away, brings back lots of happy memories :)

Seems like everyone is using less nic. I have been using 36mg all the time and was wondering is that bad? I love the TH but now I'm not sure if that is to much.

It seems like that in this thread. I don't know if it's necessarily true.

Here are poll results

Maybe because this thread is mostly new people and they still have that nicotine fear about what they should be vaping? I see plenty of veteran vapors that say they vape much higher nicotine levels that are being posted here.
