So I have been off of analogs for 3 days now. Since then I have felt kind of light headed and kind of in a haze. Do you guys think its part of me quitting analogs? Its can't be nicotine withdraws.
Now that we are on this topic, allow me to ask this since its been bugging me: is 3-4 months after quitting some sort of critical turning point? I ask because im at that stage and suddenly im craving analogs soooo much. Not just the smoke, but the whole experience: the smell of zippo fuel, the echoing "ding" of my dear zippo, the scratchy sound of the stone wheel, and of course the smoke. Am i going crazy? A friend of mine said 3 months is kinda like a hump you need to get over while quitting smoking so im still trying to brave it, but god knows every night i want to run out and get a pack of smoke.
lol...yup...I've experienced that. There are certain triggers that make me reach automatically for a cigarette and then a small wave of depression as my brain realizes I don't have any and then a sudden rush of relief as I reach for my PV.
My vaping bud said it was yardwork and working on his jeep as the weather warms that triggered it for him. Last time it happened to me was when I dug out an old model airplane I wanted to finish. It didn't last very long and eventually went away as my brain adjusted.
I was wondering if I was vaping too much or if it was my body adjusting. I am using 18ml bottle, if that's correct in terms of nicotine. I'm still new to this so my wording may not be correct. But I do cape quite a bit while I'm at work then when I'm home. Guess I can try to cut it back and see how it treats me.
If you're chain vaping, I would drop down to 6 or 12mg.
I was a pack a day smoker before I switched over to vaping. I started off at 18mg as suggested on these forums for a pack a day smoker. I would start vaping as soon as I woke up, on my way to work, at work, during breaks, after work on the way home, and at home until I went to bed. I would have the worst headaches and would feel jittery all throughout the day. I thought it was due to the analog withdrawals, but once I dropped my vape to 6-12mg, I was fine.
Everyone's body is different. A "normal" 18mg for someone could be equivalent to the effects of 24mg to you. It's all trial and error until you find that sweet spot.
Good luck!

Thank you all for the advise. So far it hasn't been headaches or jitters. Its just been light headed and hazy. I'll try to cut back. I'll pick up some 12 mg next time I go to the vapor shop to see if it helps.
Again, thank you all for the advise. Yet again a wonderful forum and great people on here.
