Also, I've read on here but didn't quite understand. Maybe someone can give me some insight on this, but how much nicotine are you getting from a drag on vape as opposed to a whole "light" cigarette?

It's very dependent on your gear, vaping technique and how long you've been vaping. For the first few days I couldn't get enough of 36mg, I chain vaped all day on a 510 carto. After that I started getting used to it. Every cell in your body wants that nicotine, and I think it takes a few days for your body to really learn how to absorb it- through unconscious changes in vaping technique but I'm sure there is a cellular learning factor too. I've been vaping for three months and switched to a PV with a cartotank or Nova, I'm on 22mg and it feels like 1 vape drag = 1 cig drag. I've had a couple analogs here and there (hated them) and that seems to hold true.

I also experienced the light headedness and mine went away when I cut down on pg. Everyone is different and it may be a combination of everything that has been mentioned already.

Reading the thread something came to mind. Could it also be that we hyperventilate if we chain vape? We're no longer inhaling smoke so it kind of makes sense that we're inhaling more air than we used to. I don't know, I'm just throwing it out there.
