Hey,
I had ordered a couple of DSE901 Atimozers and tried one on my eGo...
WOW, Its so nice and the cone only gets slightly warm. The atty gets hot, not the cone though..
I think I just found my new atty for the eGo, even though the carts don't last that long, but the flavor comes out better (IMO) and the vapor is a bit less than a 510.
I think I will order more of the 901 atty's and use them for certain flavors.. hehehe..:w00t::p

Interesting I have some KR4075s coming for my SD. I'll ahve to give those a whirl.

Stu have you tried a 510 cart on them? Does/will it fit? As I know the T tip will fit both the 901/510.

i thought most knew that 901 and 4075 are interchangeable anyway.
but i will edit now. ;)

[edit] my post was more directed on the possibility to use some different atomizers on the ego and still using the cone.
Yes I knew that RN4075 and 901 are the same. My question was and still is, will the 510 cart fit the RN4075/901? Because the carrying capacity of the RN4075/901 is the s....z

Hey,
Thats all I use is the round 510 carts on my 901 atty's sometimes they are a bit skinny but I put into the vent holes (on either side) and push in the tweezers and twist a little to open them up. Tight as a... well, you get the idea..LOL

Thanks stubear... that worked great!

The eGo battery with a 901 atty and a 510 cart is such a good vape that I don't think it could get much better for me. I love the taste of my juice with the 901 and the 510 cart makes it that much better. With the right amount of Fluval I can get 13+ drops when topping off... sometimes more depending on the viscosity of the juice. And not having to worry about charging my 2 batteries until bedtime is nice. :)

I hope your back is feeling better.

Well I got my SD today and of course I had to give this combo a whirl. The jury is out wrt the RN4075. It's a little to "airy" for me, both on the eGo and the SD.

On the eG0, this airiness has been decreased because of the come assy.

The RN4075/901 is a nice atty when compared with the 801. I do not like the 801 at 3.7V but it works well at 5V and I prefer it there, regardless of juice but especially with the mild ones like RY4, mind you RY5 (my version) is better on the 510.

I think the downfall of many is starting off with the 510, mind you it was the only device that got me off analogs completely, so it does have it's place in ones arsenal.

That being said, I think the RN4075 will be utilized with morning coffee and evening vapes. I like the coolnest compared to the harshness of the 510 atty first thing in the morning, when your system (throat) is not yet accustomed/dulled to/by vaping. OTOH because I slow down during the evening, I can see it having it's place while relaxing in front of the idiot box.

I am sure as my exposure to different attys becoems more predominant, it will hold a special place in my vaping experiences.
