I dunno?

Maybe one is Regulated and One Isn't?

I think zoiDman is bang on. I know they have 2 versions of the eGo-T batteries. The old style ones and the ones called eGo-T "Upgrade" ones. I believe there are also eGo-C "Upgrade" batteries (identical to the -T, since we're just talking about the batteries, but they come in different kits). I have regular eGo-C batteries from a kit, and my buddy bought an eGo-T "upgrade" kit. His batteries have a way to turn the PWM voltage regulation off by holding down the button for 5-6 seconds, which turns the button LED from white to yellow (unregulated mode), which allows you on a full charge to vape @ 4.2V.
