Difference between LR and 5V

so what is the difference between a 3.7V+LR atty and a 5V+Regular atty?

to me, it's like the difference between going 80 MPH on a V4 versus a V6

A 3.7/3.2v LR atty is supposed to simulate a 5v vape but in reality it's more like 4v where a regulated 5v is warmer and more flavor but the downside of both is they use more juice.
