I am a happy chap today, my SVD arrived in the post, along with an aerotank.
I wanted the aerotank for my VTR, so changed it over with the iclear 30s that originally came with it, and put the 30s on the SVD.
Knowing that I like the 30s at 9.5 watts I set the SVD up the same and had a vape... ' no that's not right' so I tinkered...'na that's still not there'...tinker a bit more. Well without a tinker by tinker account finally got it the same as it was on the VTR, and found I needed it a full 2.5w higher to get the same results.
So im wondering why that is? is it inaccuracy's between the 2 mods in the way they display watts? Or is it more likely down to software and the chips used to regulate the power?
Im fairly new. only been vaping 4 months now, but do have a fairly good grasp of the way electronics work.
So can anybody tell me what they think the reason are for the quite different setup ive needed between the 2 devices using exactly the same tank?
