Different finishes on SS Vamo?

I received my second SS Vamo yesterday and was surprised to see the finish is different. The first one was real shiny and slippery, fingerprint magnet, the new one is kinda brushed (much like the sigelei Zmax) and feels way better in my hands. The screen window is also darker, you can't see through it when the screen is not lit.

The shiny one was bought from a french online store in May but must not be old stock since it accepts T2 and evods without problem and has the golden spring, just like the other which came directly from china (was ordered 10 days ago from VB or FT, I don't remember).
I wonder if they will all be like that from now on. Interesting isn't it?

Yep I have seen others mention this the newer brushed looks way better also one of my issues with the vamo was seeing though the screen think it looks toy like but the newer darker version looks so much better.

Is the brushed one considered to be the stainless steel model and the first one chrome? Doesn't matter, I love them both. vape Envy!

They are both supposed to be stainless.

Thanks defiantly better looking a might get one as a backup my wife has the shiny ss one since the v2 came out and its not failed her yet.

If I had only waited to buy a Vamo V2, I wouldn't have had to take mine apart and give it the brushed finish... The darker window looks so much better too.

I have the same thing. Two ss vamos, one bought in the UK (shiny shiny), one bought from FT as a backup (matt finish, black screen) Both are great.

I like the Brushed/Matt Finish.

I have been think about Bead Blasting my Vamo. Just haven't gotten around to it.
