Hi, I had an istick 50w where I used my avocado 22 with some 0.36 pre-made coils I bought. These coils never gave me exactly that, the closest I've been is to 0.4 taking away 2 turn but I was ok with that, not a big problem. Now I'm using a rx 2/3 with the avocado 22 and same coils, ever since I got it, I've been getting close to 0.4 while using dual coils, still ok with it. Yesterday, I got tired of using duals and wanted to switch to single and took away 2 turns. My vape now reads from 0.30 to 0.70, everytime I take out the avocado and put it back in, it reads a diff. resistance. Any help? Also I hope I posted this in the right place.

Check all of your contact points. Fluctuating resistance is usually an indicator of a poor electrical connection somewhere.
Both the istick and the rx 2/3 are regulated. It worked fine on the istick but on the rx, it keeps changing and giving me "atomizer short".
Is it slightly touching any metal?, too wide, screws tight? When you put it back on the iStick it works fine?
As far as I know, the 510 doesn't tuch any metal, I have it as far as it goes. The screws on the post are ok, just cleaned them as bwh suggested. On the iStick it doesn't change just 0.40 but on the rx I never have a steady read, it keeps changing. Right now it's reading, after taking away 2 turns, 0.47 where in the iStick would read 0.40.
Could it be the 510? I don't see how any of the screws would be the problem after I cleaned them and are tight.
