When I received the package from the courier I did not expect a very large package, I was in fact waiting for the Drop rda V1.5 24mm, but the pleasant surprise was to find two more new Digiflavor branded items that I will discuss later in agreement with Shenzhen GeekVape Technology Co., Ltd.

I received the Black / Blue version of the RDA V1.5 24mm for this test and the first thought was to install it on my black Aegis Squonk for an excellent aesthetic result in my opinion.
Aegis squonk is a small and comfortable Mod, with its single 18650 cell it manages regenerated RDAs in single coil, but also in dual coil if you are satisfied with the limited autonomy at high wattages, however to manage the Drop RDA V1.5 24mm beyond i 40 / 50W it would be better to use a device with dual 18650 cells, so I did other tests with different Mods to which the Drop always matches in a pleasant way.

Digiflavor Drop RDA V1.5 regenerable with single or double coil, has a diameter of 24mm, has a multi-airslot AFC with rectangular windows arranged vertically on the sleeve to regulate a myriad of holes made on the bell below.
With so many adjustments Drop RDA V1.5 is suitable for both DL and RDL vaping.
Compared to its predecessor (Drop V1) we therefore find a redesigned AFC system, while the deck maintains the classic DROP bridge with four large holes above four uprights that are gold-plated for better conductivity.

The plastic Drip-Tip is held by an O'ring positioned inside the Top-Cap (bell). The Top-Cap made of aluminum has the task of dissipating the heat and regulating the flow of air by rotation, on the upper part several "teeth" with a helical texture have been made that resemble those of a gear, this design in addition to being beautiful makes it much easier to grip.

A large o'ring at the top allows the bell to rotate smoothly during the AFC adjustment phase, on the bell there are several openings for the passage of air, on this surface we find a total of 72 holes of Ø0.8mm and two slots of 2x6mm.
Starting from the top on each of the two sides we find these openings arranged in 4 rows positioned at different heights, the first row at the top has 4 holes, the second row 8, the third row 12 and the fourth and last row has 12 plus the 2x6mm slot.

The internal part of the Top-Cap (bell) measures 20mm in width and 18mm in depth, the upper vertex has a rather pronounced tapered area.

The newly designed outer sleeve has 4 slots arranged vertically to effectively adjust the height, width and side the air flow directed towards the coils.

With rotation from right to left, the AFC combinations allow these many variations:
- A vertical row of 4 holes (+ 4 holes)
- Two vertical rows of 8 holes (+ 8 holes)
- Three vertical rows of 12 holes (+ 12 holes)
- Four vertical rows of 16 holes (+ 16 holes)
- Three holes at the top of the first slot + 12 holes below (x2)
- Two holes at the top of the first slot + 12 holes below (x2)
- One hole at the top of the first slot + 12 holes below (x2)
- No holes on the first slot + 12 holes below (x2)
- Three holes at the top of the second slot + 8 holes below (x2)
- Two holes at the top of the second slot + 8 holes below (x2)

- No holes on the first and second slots + 8 holes below (x2)
- Three holes on the third slot + 4 holes below (x2)

As we have seen; the outer sleeve with its 4 vertical slots undoubtedly offers a very varied and personalized "research" of the Puff.
To avoid rotation during the disassembly of the RDA from the Mod, two notches have been made at the bottom to block the external sleeve on the embossed inserts on the side of the deck.
The outer sleeve, once inserted on the Deck, is hermetic and free from liquid leakage or air drafts, thanks to the action of two gossi o'ring.

Drop RDA V1.5 is equipped with a classic pin but comes with the pierced and elongated BF pin for squonk, all contacts are gold plated for better conductivity, two turrets are removable by simply unscrewing the pin.
The bottom of the tank is "paved" in Pek to isolate the contacts, the tank has a depth of 5mm this allows a good liquid capacity for use in dripper but also a certain freedom to squonk, squonking it will be difficult to make the liquid escape, seen and considered the depth of the tub, its usable large space and the height of the AFC windows.

The bottom of this atomizer shows the following laser engraved writings; Drop, Digiflavor, C E (brand), disposal logo, a couple of serial numbers and the indication "Designed by Digiflavor Made in china".
On the bottom there is also a small cross screw to completely disassemble the atomizer for a deep cleaning of all components.

Looking at the Deck from the side you can see two large sealing o'ring, the tooth for the joint with the external sleeve and the screws on the turrets for tightening the coils.

The uprights are drilled at the top and use the "drop" system, so just insert the coil legs and tighten the screws, if you use simple wire coils as the holes are very large (2x3mm), it is not difficult the ties escape from the side, subsequently causing errors in the reading of the resistances, therefore it is necessary to be careful, on the other hand Drop RDA V1.5 allows the use of complex high-performance coils with large section legs.

Whether you decide for a Dual or Single-Coil regeneration, the cutting of the legs is facilitated thanks to the Z-shape of the uprights.

Final conclusions:
Hoping to have been as comprehensive as possible, I greet you and conclude by briefly summarizing my impressions during my test.
The manufacturer's recommended price (MSRP) for this Drop RDA V1.5 is $ 34.99 about € 29.55 so a budget-friendly atomizer, with an attractive two-tone design, well built, solid and completely removable for a thorough cleaning of each element , the tank has a very good liquid capacity, the AFC slots are in a raised position, it is difficult to obtain oversquonk phenomena even by insisting.
I really liked regenerated in Dual Coil because I think it is the optimal configuration for this RDA, the heat dissipation is really excellent even at quite high wattages (60-80w), in suction there are no hisses or annoying noises with any degree of opening AFC.
Drop RDA V1.5 is very airy, with AFC wide open it loses a bit of charge if you do not use strong enough coils, however playing with the AFC you can easily obtain a full-bodied and dense vapor delivery, full of flavor even at lower powers .
The AFC adjustment in closing is really very wide and effective for contrasted puffs and Hit loads, cutting the legs during regeneration is simple making the whole operation quick and easy for everyone.
