Honestly, not at all. I've found most online calculators for that (in the past), totally wrong. But the one you posted checked out as correct. I guess I should have worded it better so that it was obvious it was a compliment.

There still isn't a "How much of this do I add to that to make it what I want" calculator that I've seen yet. It's pretty easy to do the algebra though to come up with a simple one. I should put one up on the web, but I don't have any vaping related websites, yet.

I think it would be useful for new folks. With that said, I think we've all been new to vaping, and not all of us are math genii (although I am thankful for those of you that are). DIY and mixing can be intimidating at first.

To the OP: If you are still feeling confused, if there is a vape store near you that could be helpful, you may want to travel there and ask. They may not be able to actually do the mixing for you, but they might have helpful suggestions and sometimes it is more confidence inducing to get a reassuring in person set of suggestions? Just a thought. Sometimes the internet is not the best medium for learning something new, especially if you are anxious about it.

The main thing though, it doesn't have to be PERFECT. As long as you aren't vastly overshooting your target, I think things will be okay.... You can vape a small amount first and see how you react.

Okay, I slashed it together in a spreadsheet, it's very simple:

Please note this is a multi-user sheet, so wait your turn, lol.

Feel free to edit the numbers in Yellow. To not expose user edits, open ECF page in a new incognito window, view post and edit. The formula is a protected cell.

Read the last 4 lines.................. 6.5ml gives you 22mg/ml

@madstabber Here are the calculations for that.........

Look at this spreadsheet, it's very simple:

You can change the stuff in yellow.

PS: I had no idea it was going to embed the spreadsheet into the forum. That was a surprise!

Thanks for the spreadsheet ! It really helps.
So if I am reading it correctly I need to be adding around 4.2ml to 4.5 ml of 100mg nic base to the 30ml of 6mg nic juice which is so much less than I had imagined and won't dilute the flavour much at all!
Much appreciated !

Its ok, thanks to the patience and persistence of 90VG he has pretty much worked it out for me.

Thankfully, I am not doing this to get into mixing or DIY. That was something I always wanted to avoid as I truly have no interest in it.
But I have a situation with a lot of low nic juice in a brand I cannot buy anywhere else and I just wanted to increase the nic levels to what I would have bought it as if it was available.

I may joke and laugh about this but I do want to get it right if only because I don't want to lose 18 30ml bottles of my fav e liquid.

Anna, you have been very supportive during my time here on the forums and I appreciate everyones input, advise, jokes and constructive criticism.
VG90 - Thank you for breaking it down in a spreadsheet that allowed me to make sense of it, I am sure it will be of use to many others who read this thread in time to come.

Many thanks to everyone who repliedm, I think I can order some 100%VG 100mg nicotine now with confidence

Um...

You cannot buy (from legal sources) nicotine base liquid over 18mg or 10ml in our country.

Unless you already have it?

(I'm confused) Did you say "buy" ...

Will buy from the USA and import and pay customs - unless there is some reason why I cannot do that too

I get bored sometimes in winter, nothing else to do. Keep up with the algebra skills.

A,B,C etc are the numbers (not cells) in order.

I didn't have any coffee this morning when I first replied, so I wasn't pulling out the pencil to do it yet. Needed food and coffee.

mix Equal Parts 6mg/ml and 24mg/ml giving you 15mg/ml.
    Oh ya, when I posted earlier I said 18 but I was wrong. I was calculating 6 + 24 / 2, instead of (6 + 24) / 2..

Sorry, I've been away for a couple of days.
Thank you :) But I am still confused! lol
I am not always the best at explaining things simply.

I came up with 3.6 ml of 100 nic for about 16 nic at a 12% dilution in flavor...
That's what my common sense calculations came up with also, but ...
Yeah, for a 30 ml to go to 18mg/ml, yeah, 4.4 ml or so. As Stols said, you don't have to be that accurate.
This is what my juice calculator came up with.
