Hey folks first things first, I'm pretty new (2 months) to the vape game, but I've been really trying to dial in
my set-up and I feel I'm about 80% there.

Now this is my home set-up, might change mods here soon but it currently offers a stable(tank) vape,
and an RDA for switching up the flavors:
1x sigelei mini ZMax w/ Kanger Protank I and modded 'Octo' RDA in rotation

And this is my work/road and partial home vape:
2x Vision Spinner 650mAh
2x Ego-S 350mAh
I really only use the Spinner's but I have no qualms with the Ego's...
Now I recently ordered(primarily for the Spinners) a 'Squid' RDA, a Vision Nano clearomizer, and will
be ordering a Kanger Mini ProtankII when they become available.
I think this a pretty decent and flexible arsenal due to the variable voltage, but I would like to make use of the
smaller Ego-S batteries for oddball vape changes, and I wish to do so with direct drip atomizers. What peaked my
interest in these was the HH 357atty, but I'm not looking for a super good "primary" atty like that just to use occasionally.
I'm looking for the best quality of flavor in a relatively compact

- build, so the question is:
bridges, bridgless, pris and cons of each?
should I buy single or multi pack?
I believe the Ego-S is 3.4v, what's the best resistance for that voltage?
can I get drip shields for them for an aesthetically pleasing stealthy vape?

also some questions about recoiling my rda's,
best gauge kanthal for micro coils?
are micro coils worth doing? I hear they give you the sub-ohm vape but safer for your batteries.
I'm taking notes from GrimmGreen saying that 1.5-1.8 ohm micro coils
pushed by 3.3-3.8 volts is prime.
a step in the right direction?
thanks thanks guys!

I use an igo L for dripping. You need to rebuild it but it's easy to do, so it would allow you to play about with different resistance coils. I use 2mm silica wick doubled (sometimes trebled, sometimes 3mm doubled) and 4 or 5 turns of 0.20 guage Kanthal wire. It vaoes a treat. Well made and comes with spares too so it should last.

I haven't used them so check my info, but I believe you can buy disposable dripping atty's (or maybe they're not marketed as dripping atty's but do the job), try a search on 306 atomiser, maybe it was cisco 306?

You could stuck with Plan A (igo L) and get a cheap multi meter to check your builds. I can't recommend it highly enough, honest. If you can wire a plug you can build an igo L.

Any drippers out there that can chime in?

I'm also pretty new. I quit cigarettes so my taste is coming to life. I'm really enjoying the flavors and would also like to learn the art of direct dripping. I know dripping is a bit archaic, but it's the best way to sample flavors without commiting to a whole tank. I can also efficiently experiment with mixing flavors to create new and interesting ones.

I have the hybrid .357HH and there is a learning curve there but i still prefer the 306 lr from cisco with a canon drip tip for direct drip and sampling.

There's really nothing specific about batteries for dripping although VV really helps when sampling. You dial in the flavor sweet spot.

A Joye eGo-c Twist with a 308lr (just don't put the voltage at much over 4.3Volts with the lr atty) is a great setup for newbies looking to find their all-day-vape flavors. I would have saved much money at first, had the eGo Twist been available then. Even now, one should buy 'samplers' from ejuice vendors - 3-5ml tops. And don't fall for all the hype on ejuice threads. IF anything, find someone who tastes and likes the same notes as you do on the same ejuice using the same wattage and then find out what else THEY like. Doesn't always works but it works better than following rave reviews from people you don't know and have no data on their subjective tastes.

Thanks for the excellent information Kent C!

Like this one? What resistance has the widest room for error while learning?

I've only dripped a few times but I'm fascinated after I found more flavor in one of my favorite juices. I think I have voltage dialed in but I'm still learning to find the fine line between clearing and that burnt taste, where the flavors don't carry over to the next sample for more than 1-2 puffs [if that's even possible]. I can clear the mild burnt taste from the atty but my pallet is shot at the slightest hint of it.

Yes that one. Suggest the 1.8Ω. I use this drip tip:

Deep Contour 306 Delrin Drip Tip - Avid Vaper

A few drops of this:

... in between flavors will clear out most flavors except for menthol and 'atomic' hot stuff....
