Direct drip?

I am a newbie and havent grasped the direct dripping meathod. I have been vaping for about a week and own an eGo-t battery with a clearomizer. what components would I need to direct drip and what are the advantages or disadvantages. Does the direct drip meathod eliminate a tank. Then you wouldent need to purchase components that wear out often? Kind of lost.

Dripping uses an atomizer. Most people prefer a 'bridge-less' atomizer, meaning there is no bridge, leaving the coil exposed. You would put a drip tip on the atomizer, drip 3-5 drops, and get 4-6 puffs. Then repeat. Its a little more work, but the taste, vapor, are superior to a cartomizer IMO. Yes, it would eliminate a tank, unless its some sort of rebuildable or an atty tank, but that's for another day.

Roughly how often would you need to replace an atomizer if well maintained?

Its hard to say, generally say 3-4 weeks, but some can go in as little as a few days or a week(if its a cheap atty, or a dud), and some can go for 6 months to a year. Its all in how you maintain it, and the luck of the draw too lol.

i agree, with the exception of the bridge-less atty. been dripping for 2 years now and never cared much for them. also while you would do away with the parts that get replaced on a tank setup you would still need to buy atomizers. as they do sometimes die with out warning, or just get a strong/nasty flavor in them that's a pain in the a** to get out. I use carto tanks, vivi nova's, dripping and just started on the rebuild-able atties, each has its own benefit but for ease of use i usually always have a vivi nova or carto tank ready to go as they are more convenient on the go.

@Tibby Def need to try it. Just started dripping last week, and its how I vape now at home. Just get a good attomizer.

@dDubs was looking at the drip tank (i think thats what its called) but I guess you need a heavy mod for those (top heavy)

Maybe I should've said some people, like I like bridgeless, while you don't. Its personal preference.

When I look at direct dripping on youtube it looks like a drip tip directly over atty. Why the vivi nova? isent that just a clearomizer tank? Thanks for the info.

Yes, it is. Its easy to use, just fill and go. I personally didn't have good results with them, but lots of others love them.

not sure where you have heard that, if its about the vivi nova. they are simple to use and i never noticed a bubble in either of the two i have

I too haven't had good results with the vivi nova, however I have no idea what you're talking about... Bubble?

oh no no, the ones that you put the juice bottle on the top and I'm guessing it used pressure to pull the juice from the bottle to drip it on the atty. It kinda looks like a 1/2 peace sign.



btw I have a nova on the way, I'm excited !!
