I've only ordered from them once, but I will definitely order from them again. They have excellent customer service and a great selection. Their shipping is lightning fast too. I made a mistake on my order and had to call after the order had gone through to ask them to make a change for me. They cancelled the order, and then stayed with me on the phone while I placed a new order. It was almost midnight when I ordered and I was using a coupon code that expired at midnight. I was worried I wouldn't get the new order made before midnight, but they told me they would make sure I got my discount and I did! direct vapor is a top notch vendor!

They do offer free shipping, but I don't think it's trackable. I chose to go for the tracking option which cost me $2, I think. Still a great deal!
