Alright so check this out. Say I keep the Npro, I go and buy 5 Menthol Carts at 7-11 for $20 and then order some juices online. I can just inject the juices into the 5 carts that I buy from 7-11 with the refill juice and just keep using them over and over?

Because if that's how it works, I'm going to buy the menthol ones now.

Juice and empty cartridges. If they come prefilled vape them, pull out the polly fill, wash and pat dry, then fill with your juice. Order an extra 5 pack of blank 510 carts (about $3.00) and an extra atty or two. The kit you buy should have two batteries, two atty's and a charger. If you can find a 510 with mega batteries go for it, better yet just get the eGo. You will end up doing it soon enough anyway. Order a few small (10ml) bottles of stuff you would like. Once you get your kit and find a sauce out of that sample batch you like immediately order 30ml more. Then you will be all set up on your journey of looking for bigger and better with no risk of running low on goods for a week or two while you wait for your next order to arrive

Yup that will keep you going while you order the other stuff. Just don't vape the 7-11 carts bone dry and burn the filler since you will be "recharging" them with juice

I'm on Long Island. Theres a 7-11 in every town down here. I got property up near Cobleskill and up there all we got is Stewarts which is pretty similar but I don't know if they sell e-cigs.

If they are the npro catomizers and not simple carts (npro changed it's model back a few months ago so now they are just saling them with cartomizers - so unless it is old stock - they are probably cartomizers) -

You are going to find it is harder to refill the npro cartomizers then almost any other cartomizers - because they glue the top caps on with very strong glue. I was not able to get the caps off even after soaking the tips in hot water.

Also - their condoms (the little clear plastic coverings) are very shallow and have a built in stem which makes the condom method of refill imposable.

This leaves filling them by dropping the e-liquid in drop by drop through the hole in the bottom which is very slow. Maybe if you have a needle and syringe you could do it faster -

The 510 seems like a popular choice. Can you refill that with juices?

I was a newport smoker. A pack a day sometimes more.
I got the ego from cignot.com. I requested the menthol flavored prefilled carts and also purchased a bottle of the nport juice in 16 mg. I used the prefilled carts first and then refilled them as needed.
I can tell you that I was able to get off the cigs pretty immediately. Everyone is different though. The set up that I got was what I contribute to my success. I needed that menthol taste and it was essential for my transition.
3 weeks later I am still using menthol juice and I love my ego.
