Disappointed with FSUSA

I emailed FSUSA to see if their juices contain diacteyl. I feel like he blatantly tried to lie to me. It's a shame cause I love their juice. David responded and had an attitude. He said no. I asked, "don't you use flavourart flavorings?" David responded, that Flavourart does not use diacetyl.

Now we all know that flavourart does use diacetyl and discloses this on their website.

I gave him this info and he changed his story to, "We don't use flavors with diacetyl. There are vendors using flavors with ingredients far worse then diacetyl though." and further stated that, "Yes they do have some items that have it, for the baking, candle and soap industries. That is different we don’t carry products for the vaping industry with diacetyl in it. still, all-in-all, diacetyl is not killing vapers. Check the raw days and become informed, folks need to know more about data and scientific facts as opposed to what is being rumored or spoken of as true on the internet."

no stories changed and no lies made. I explained to you that my emails were a bit short as I had hundreds of emails to deal with and I was just trying to get information your way about flavourart and the whole diacetyl issue.
flavourart still has some flavors with diacetyl, they explain it in length and even say it is not for vaping.
They also cater to the bakery industry, candle makers, soap companies etc.
My emails to you were nothing but friendly with no malice involved at all. I did suggest to you that you delve a bit deepr into the whole diacetyl issue, and the scientific evidence available to make an informed decision outside of the posts already made about those issues. Either way flavourart sells us diacetyl free vapiing fluids for the vaping industry.
People becooming informed, as opposed to just reading endless posts about the issues are very important. I come from a medical household and medicine, and human health are very important to both Pamela and I.
flavourart, and we, stand behind the communities desires to be informed of what they are ingesting, and the health issues involved in the ingredients. It is a big part of why we are paying very good money for independent testing of vape ingredients. It is also a very good reason why we pay the highest money required for pg/vg that is kosher, and nicotine that is the finest available anywhere. We invite all dealers who cater to the vaping industry to do the same.

Just so it is said, I, and Pam, dealing with a barrage of emails, and phone calls to our toll-free line 7 days a week.. Naturally we need to keep our time spent on these down as much as we can to best answer as many questions as possible, plus run our company, plus deal with 7 kids all on summer vacation at the same time.
Personally I don't feel that qualifies for a disappointment post in the review of suppliers forum. But we are all human, and all have feelings, good bad or indifferent.
Hope you like our juices, alot of folks do. And we are leaders in the industry in safety to the vaping public
