Why would the FDA care what OSHA has to say about his business? OSHA cares if he has a safe workplace for his employees, and absolutely, positively, nothing more.

I think OSHA would care if their inspections were being, (incorrectly), used as an endorsement for a company selling Diacetyl containing products for inhalation.

OSHA's Tuscon office has already been called and never heard of FreedomSmokeUSA. That's why I asked David in his sub-forum what exactly his company name was. He didn't tell me.

Why is none of this outrage and demands for disclosure directed toward any of the other 50+ registered suppliers like Mrs. T's, Johnson Creek, Backwoods Brew, Tasty Vapor, Pure Vapes, Gourmet Vapor, etc.

Since nobody's bashing them or demanding their disclosure, only one word comes to mind: witch-hunt.
None of those companies told me that their OSHA inspection would insure their products are safe to consume. Translation: They never lied to me.

None of those companies stood on a bully pulpit and declared they would lead the industry into a new era of testing and compliance, then said they were going to perform tests that don't actually exist on EVERY manufacturers flavorant. Translation: They never lied to me.

The bottom line for me... I don't care how tasty the juice is from FSUSA... I don't trust a company that behaves this way.

Some of the things that FSUSA has said and done are UNETHICAL... Plain and simple.

Again, if anyone is in doubt about the safety of a vendor's product, take your business someplace else.

The energy you people put into this anti-FSUSA crusade is perplexing and pathetically sad. Every time a mod closes one thread, another pops up spewing the same rhetoric.

Do you just jump into random threads and post nonsense?

I understand your witch-hunt perfectly well, "GoodDog". What I don't understand is where you have the gall to suggest I just shut up and go away. I have just as much right to disagree with your conspiratorial attacks as you have to perpetrate them.

God bless America, eh?

This isn't a personal thing....please keep it that way and stop using derogatory names. The thread has been closed once...I don't want to see it happen again.

I think you need to read more carefully. She, because this is America, told you that your presence here was not required and if the topic upsets you so much, you can steer clear and read something more pleasant for you. As to the logic, it seems that there is a lot of fluidity in the definition of it coming the 4.0 crowd. I'm not sure exactly what you feel is illogical...the asking for facts? I know this may come as a shock to some, but facts are pretty much the backbone of logic and making decisions based on half truths, allusions, and 'hints' often does not lead to a correct assumption.

Of course you have every right to be here. I think that GoodDog is just saying you shouldn't be here for the sole purpose of telling people they are wasting their time with these discussions, or insulting their opinions by calling the discussion a witch hunt. You are out of line to call these "conspiratorial attacks". We're trying to have a proper conversation about the legitimacy of a rather important announcement. I would expect that in every industry. Until now, I hadn't really come across anything mean-spirited in the conversation. I'll say it again: People shouldn't be insulted for asking questions.

Sorry, I have to interject... Scott has every right to ask the questions he's asking, and make the comments he's making...

An opposing opinion is STILL an opinion, to which he has the undeniable right.

Yes...he does...absolutely.

He DOES NOT...however, have the right to accuse others of having an anti-FSUSA crusade and calling people pathetically sad. These types of posts cause the moderators to shut down every thread where decent information is exchanged. I started this thread and would like to keep the information flowing...and open.

You really don't get it, do you? I'm not posting in defense of FSUSA, I'm posting in opposition to what I perceive to be agressive hate-mongering.

Have you read my post in which I stated that FSUSA was to be applauded for creating jobs in a recession?

Darn, where was this thread when I was talked into using FSUSA for my very first juice order? :p

I dunno what to think. Not interested in getting wrapped up in much of the arguing. I can say from a few years in the automotive industry that yeah, OSHA is only there to check the working environment for the benefit of the employees. They don't monitor the mechanics to make sure we are putting wheel lug nuts on to proper tightness so wheels don't fall off when the customer drives away or anything like that relating to the service the customer gets. So if FSUSA did indeed try to act like their OSHA certification meant anything in terms of the quality or safety of the juice they're selling.... that's a shady statement to make.

Oh well, too late now, got an order for 80mill of various juices already coming to me. Hopefully I survive lol. Do any vendors out there have a completely diacetyl free product line, or at least mark which flavors might be affected in their online store?
