Disappointed

I was so happy when I found FS 510 kits for just $21.99.
When I received my new kit one of the batteries was DOA.
I called and they sent me one right out. That part was good.
I have had them for just over a mouth and both batteries are gone
(They will not charge). So the old saying is true “you get what you pay for”.
So now I am back to the other brand that I have had for over a year.

I had that issue with my ego, then I cleaned them with rubbing alcohol then they worked...
It was the juice. It dried on the battery connection.

Try cleaning them.

what rizzer said, also happened to me. just clean the contacts and hopefully it will be ok.

Have to disagree. Most companies that are spending big bucks on advertising and packaging are selling (at 300 to 400% markup) the exact same e-cigs as several ECF suppliers with the generic manufacturer's boxes sell for much (much!) less.

I really wouldnt expect much more than throw away devices for $20 bucks...lets face it they want you to rebuy....but instead buy an ego or Kgo kit fro a reliable vendor they should last for a year for around $40 bucks...could last longer than that depends on your useage.

By chance, did you charge the FS batteries with a regular 510 charger?

Aside from the FS 510 batteries not being compatible with the regular 510 chargers (they are labeled clearly about this - I just failed to notice because I'm a novice), my FS kit has been wonderful. The batteries are nice and strong and help to produce good vapor with my atomizers and cartos. I can't knock 'em.

Were they automatic batteries? Do not buy automatic batteries.

If they were manuals and failed, did you charge them on any other 510 charger or PCC? FS510 is electrically incompatible (reverse polarity) from all other 510's.

And if you used anything unsuitable on them (like using atomizer or carto under 2.5ohms on a slim ecig) then that probably killed them
