First, new atomizers often require a breaking in period. It may take a day (or even a couple of days) for it to really break in and provide excellent vapor.
Second, it's sometimes a bit tricky to figure out the best way to actually
vape an e-cig. It's not like smoking an analog. Take one small puff (without inhaling--this will heat up the atomizer), then take a long, almost leisurely draw. After awhile, it becomes second nature. Don't suck too hard--just enough to turn on the battery. (Sometimes it's helpful to do this in front of a mirror so that you can see when the battery engages.)
Third, if you really have low vapor production, it's possible you've flooded your atomizer. While it may sound counter-intuitive, too much liquid in the atomizer will actually reduce the vapor. For a flooded atomizer, remove the cartridge and unscrew the atomizer from the battery. Take a tissue or paper towel, and roll it up a bit, and gently place it part of the way into the atomizer. Then blow
through the small hole at the end where the battery attaches. Do this a couple of times, and most of the excess liquid should be removed.
