Discontinue the Vamo 3?

With the recent release of the Vamo 4 (which is basically the Vamo 3 guts in a Vamo 2 body) I have heard rumors that they may discontinue the Vamo 3. I was planning to get the Vamo 3 next month but now worried it might be discontinued. I like the Vamo 3 cause of the ability to remove that top cap and the Vamo 4 is not going to have that feature just a larger well.

Has anyone else heard that they might do this and should I go ahead and get one before its too late?

I haven't heard but I have a V3 and love it. I don't think you'll be sorry. fasttech has the SS V3 for about $37 without batts or charger or anything, which I am assuming you don't need.

After pulling apart an eVod by accident, not having a removable top cap is a very bad thing.

Don't really use my evods much anymore... gone over to atty/rda/rba mostly, but I always remove the cap when popping off an eVod.

It's one of those things that happens once....
