I've got a DNA20 version of the Futura from NexGen vapors. They are now offering a DNA30 version, but having serious ordering/shipping/delivery issues for the last several months.
My question is simple, has anyone actually dissembled the control head portion to expose the DNA20 chip? So I can simply replace it with a DNA30 chip? I've read the top cap is press fit which translates in to it's not coming off without damage. So I'm guessing the solution might be the bottom end where the battery button make's connection.
I'd very much like to attempt this project, but would like to learn from anyone who may have come before me. ANY advice would be tremendously appreciated.
