That is a question for a Moderator. If you click on the "triangle" at the bottom of your post (left hand side of the page) a box will appear and you can ask a mod.

Using the "Contacts" link at the top of the page, submit a ticket with a link to the questions. After the Forum Manager reviews it, you'll be contacted on where best to post the survey.

If you want to reach out further, you might find it relatively easy to get a survey-type up on AAEC UK or UK Vapers.
I'll fill it in....

Another good place to submit a survey is reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette. Surveys usually get a lot of hits there.
