If moderators have gotten back to me about my survey, I can't find what they've said, so I can only assume that after all this time, they still haven't gotten back to me. I'm going to be needing results from my study very soon, so I don't have any longer to wait for their reply, unfortunately. So, I've decided to just go ahead and post it, because there's no conceivable reason for why it wouldn't be appropriate. If moderators take issue with this, please get in contact with me.

As said at the top, if you provide your email address and complete all questions, you'll be entered into a prize draw for a £20 Amazon voucher. The survey only takes 10-15 minutes to complete approximately, and is mobile compatible (though you'll have a slightly easier time via computer).
