Distilled Vinegar & Apple Cider

I read somewhere that some do add these two into their DIY juices. Normally what type flavours require these two liquids? And approximately how much to add per 10ml?

I use Apple Cider Vinegar, supposed to stabilize the flavors, I add it to all my mixes, 1 drop per 10ml

I have never use them myself, but I have read people use them in dessert, and tobacco blends. I believe its a couple drops per 10 ml. Don't quote me on that. I'm sure some others will post about this.

I add apple cider vinegar to my tobacco and lemon juice to my fruits at 1 drop/5ml. I find it helps bring out the flavor.

ACV for my dessert/savory flavs. LJ for the fruit/'lite' jooses. One drop per 3ml.

Have you guys ever tried making two of the same blend, and then adding the vinegar/lemon juice into one, and doing a taste comparison?

I have no idea if this is the way to go...I just do it..
