Distilled Water In 70/30 VG/PG Mix?

Do i need to add distilled water into this mix as trying higher vg for the first time i have smok tank and a subtank mini? if so how much shall i add to the mix? my flavourings are used at 20% (i like it strong) also will the flavour taste get watered down if i add distilled water?

Make your DIY juice 40% PG / 60% VG, and you won't have to mix water in it to thin it out.

Personally, I wouldn't be adding water to any juice that I make, but it's up to you.

I make my juice at 70VG/30PG regularly. I have no problem with it in my squonkers and bottom feed atomizers. But I do live in Florida, where it isn't too cold. I don't know how 70/30 wicks in colder climates.

I usually add 5-10% distilled water to my mixes. Without water I'm left with a slightly harsh/lubey (for lack of a better word) aftertaste. Also lowers the boiling point a little bit. Which I'm not sure helps anything. Doesn't hurt, tho.

Totally depends which tank you have. If its the smok VCT or TCT then you wont have to do anything. At 20% flavoring you mix is only 80% VG anyway. If you are mixing your own you would add it to the base mix before the flavoring. That way it doesn't affect you percentages of flavor. Ejuicemeup and many others have DW in the calculations
