For a first time vaper the I would usually suggest a 50W device would be too much. That's all... It's depends what you want or like

Not really in my opinion. most people start with something like a vision spinner but honestly instantly getting a high wattage device means you don't have to buy something new when you evolve past normal tanks.

DIY is pretty easy. flavorings should be easy to import since there are no restrictions as far as I know. PG/VG should be fine too but it really depends on how strict egypt it on nicotine or nicotine PG/VG.

honestly I would start with 50/50. and then you can change to whatever you like later on. DIY mixing is ALOT of trial and error. I just made a 30 ML bottle of a recipe I thought up that uses strawberrry, kiwi and apple with some vanilla, cream and cotton candy for abit of caramel like flavor added. il know how it is in a couple of days.
