Alright so first of this is my first post here hence why its in the new members section. Im thinking about starting to make my own juice. I drip and preference 80vg 20 pg i notice you can get your nic in 100vg 100 pg or 50 50. So my question is should i go 100vg or 50 50 and mix vg in. Other than what exact start up supplies i need it seems not to intimidating. Thank you all in advance

Given your 80/20 mix/dripping preference, I'd go with 100% VG nic as most flavourings are PG and they'll make up the 20% part.

You need VG, PG, Nic base, concentrates for the flavourings (varies dependant on what your looking to make), syringes to measure everything out and patience to let it all steep together.

I'd also recommend something like eJuice Me Up to work out oyur percentages and record your mixes.

Welcome ccsaber :)

If you want the heavier VG preference, I'd be inclined to suggest you go for the 100 VG nic. Although you might not need a huge volume of nic since you're dripping.....

Until you get your 5 posts in, you can at least read through the DIY section under General e-liquid Discussion. Check the blogs by Hoosier and Danny45. They talk a lot about starting supplies and pitfalls when mixing.

I started DIYing a few months ago. I love it. I don't drip, and I'm in the 50/50 ballpark. I love being able to make whatever whenever and not have to limit myself.

Good Luck!

Yea im thinking of giving max vg a shot too. Do you have to dilute it with water? Ive seen some say yes some no. The nicotine is still important to me being that im still in the early phases of a cigarette free lifestyle lol

No need to dilute with distilled water unless your juice is to thick to properly wick in the atomizer you're using.
