Hey there vets. I'm very new to vaping, but already experimenting w/DIY mixing. My favorite e-juice is by Copper Creek, and I've heard they do their own extracting. Their fruit flavors are way better than everyone else's I've tried. They taste like the actual fruit, not some artificially sweetened concoction.

I've read several threads about extracting from real fruits, but still have no answers. Does anyone out there actually know how to do this?

Any feedback/advice is much appreciated..

Alan

p.s.- I'm also looking for feedback around GG products (iAtty/Penelope) vs the bliSS tanks here: (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/atomizer-reviews/360040-gg-iatty-peneops-vs-bliss.html)

I can't address the juice extraction, iAtty or the bliss but I do have a Penelope so I'll give you my opinion on that. It is a non genesis RA, does not use ss mesh. There are several options for the wicking material...silica, cotton, bamboo, hemp etc. I've tried all and I like the cotton and bamboo but they burn easily so don't last very long but the flavor is very good once they are broken in. At first they have a earthy woody taste that goes away after about 1/2 ml of vaping. The Penny has a learning curve but once you learn how to set it up it's pretty easy. The flavor and vapor is very good but they are hard to find. You can get them from Clouds of Vapor for $110 with discount code 'bigbuyer" but they are always out of stock. If you buy one on the classys you'll end up paying $150+. I got on the notify list at COV and got mine there and I'm very happy with it.
